At GreenBox, we’re committed to delivering your sustainable lifestyle kits quickly, safely, and with as little environmental impact as possible.

We currently ship across Australia.
International shipping coming soon — join our mailing list to be the first to know!

🚚 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Subscription boxes ship out between the 1st and 5th of each month.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

📬 Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (3–8 business days): Flat rate of $7.95 AUD

  • Free shipping on all orders over $60 AUD

  • Subscription boxes include free shipping

We use carbon-neutral delivery partners where possible to reduce environmental impact.

📦 Eco-Friendly Packaging

All GreenBox orders are packed using:

  • Recycled kraft mailers or boxes

  • Paper tape and compostable filler

  • Plastic-free and minimal-waste materials

We encourage you to reuse or compost the packaging where possible.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your box has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received your box within 10 business days, please contact us at matthewlaw475@gmail.com with your order number.

📬 Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is returned to sender:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We'll resolve the issue with a refund or replacement
